Organiser Agreement

1. The service

CRM Events ("the Platform") lets you ("the Organiser") publish events, sell tickets and check attendees in. The Platform collects online payments on your behalf and pays them out to you under the terms below.

2. Fees

A service fee, shown at checkout, is added to the buyer's total on paid tickets and retained by the Platform. Card and PayPal processing costs are borne by the Platform out of that fee. No fee applies to free tickets, cash or door sales.

3. Holding of funds, reserve and payouts

Online ticket revenue is held by the Platform until three (3) days after the event ends. A rolling reserve of 10% of online revenue is retained for 30 days after the event to cover refunds and chargebacks, then released. Verified organisers may request an advance of up to 50% of held funds before the event. Payouts are made to the bank details you give under Settings; you are responsible for their accuracy. The Platform may change these percentages and periods with notice on this page.

4. Your obligations

You must deliver the event as advertised. You are solely responsible for the event, its content, licences, permits, safety, venue and staff, and for honouring every ticket sold through the Platform.

5. Cancellation, refunds and chargebacks

If you cancel, postpone materially, or fail to deliver the event, the Platform will refund buyers of online tickets in full from held funds. Any shortfall, every chargeback (including the bank's dispute fee), and every refund the Platform reasonably issues to a buyer may be deducted from your balance or any future payout (right of set-off), and you agree to pay any remaining amount within 14 days of request. Cash and door sales are between you and the buyer.

6. Suspension

The Platform may pause sales, withhold payouts or close an account where it reasonably suspects fraud, misrepresentation, unlawful content, excessive disputes, or breach of this Agreement.

7. Attendee data and messaging

Attendee details are yours to use for the event you sold them for. Campaign emails sent through the Platform carry an unsubscribe link which you must honour. You will not use attendee data unlawfully or send unsolicited messages unrelated to the event.

8. Liability

The Platform is a ticketing service, not the promoter of your event. To the extent permitted by law, the Platform's liability to you is limited to the service fees it earned from your event in the preceding three months.

9. Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of Jamaica.
